GSPL

The GSPL (Groupement des Syndics Professionels du Luxembourg) is an independent non-profit organization regrouping companies from the Luxembourgish property management sector (co-ownership trustees, property managers, professional property administrators).

The GSPL aims to ensure the dignity and respect of the profession and supports its members in their daily activities. Its code of ethics clearly defines its members’ professional commitments towards their client base, as well as the means to achieve them and the sanctions against those who break them. Furthermore, the GSPL promotes the profession and represents the sector to the public authorities.

Established in 1998, the GSPL currently counts 74 members
